Eat Your Breakfast
I always have breakfast every morning. This habit comes from my mother. Since I was a child, she always told me to have breakfast before I go to school. She will never allow me to go if I haven’t had the breakfast yet.

It is not easy to have breakfast every morning when you were a child. It was already hard for me to wake up every morning and thinking that we’re going through the same activities at school everyday. The friends were great, but to think that you have to study everyday, it was not very interesting for me, at that time. You know that when you have just woke up in the morning, you don’t feel very hungry. What you want to do is go back to bed, but as time goes by, I got used to it. Today, I will never be able to go without having breakfast first at home.
Apparently, my mother was right. Breakfast has many benefits for your body. I put the list of its benefits here:
- You will be significantly less likely to be overweight
- You will be feeling better both mentally and physically
- If you have kids, it will enhance their alertness and attention
Based on my experience, I feel that after having breakfast, I am able to be more focus in doing my jobs. Breakfast also gives energy that you need to do your activities until lunch time.
People usually have difficulty in having breakfast because it is not easy for them to wake up in the morning. Having breakfast means reducing sleep. The solution for this condition is simple, but you need very discipline in doing it. GO TO BED EARLY. Believe me, if you do this, you will feel much better in the morning, full of energy, and ready to grab any opportunities which are passing in front of you.
