I have a small garden in front of my house and I think that I should get more benefits from it. My wife and I don’t like gardening very much. When we first bought a house, we did some renovation to the garden, but after it was finish, that’s it, we never touch the garden anymore. On the other hand, my mother likes gardening very much. She was once told me that even when she was pregnant, she still made a lot of work in the garden. I believe that the effect of gardening to her health is very good, she is 67 years old right now, and she still has a good health.
